dc.description.abstractIn a sample taken of 1,000 managers working in Serbian companies we studied the effects of company flexibility and reactivity relating to how effective their crisis management is by presenting them with a hypothetical crisis situation. The results suggest that the more reactive and flexible a company, the more efficient and effective their crisis management is.en
